返金ポリシー

【キャンセル・返品・交換について】

（１）商品到着日より 20 日以内であれば返品が可能です。 

（２）EU 域内のお客様は、上記期間内であれば理由を問わず、ご注文のキャンセル（撤回）または返品をお申し出いただけます。発送前のご注文はキャンセル、配達済みのご注文は返品としてお受けします。お申し出は、ストアのフッターにある「返品とキャンセル」からお客様アカウントの注文ページにお進みいただき、オンラインでお手続きいただけます。 

（３）前項にかかわらず、下記の商品についてはキャンセル、返品、交換をお受けすることができません。 　・ご使用になられた商品 　・商品到着後 21 日以上経過した商品 　・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品 　・パッケージ（袋・ケース）のない商品 　・その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品 

（４）返品等にかかる送料は弊社が負担致します。

（５）返金は、返送された商品が到着後 3 営業日以内に、お支払い方法に応じて行います。

（６）返品をお申し出いただいた日から 14 日以内に、商品をご返送ください。

（７）EU 域内のお客様が撤回された場合、商品代金に加え、ご注文時にお支払いいただいた通常配送料も返金いたします。 

（８）お手続きはお客様アカウント（https://shopify.com/62953259240/account）の注文ページから行えます。電話番号のみでご注文されたお客様は、SMS で届いたご注文確認メッセージ内のリンクからお申し出ください。

[Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy] 

(1) Returns are possible within 20 days of the product arrival date.

(2) Customers within the EU may request cancellation (withdrawal) or return of their order within the above period for any reason. Orders that have not yet been shipped will be accepted as cancellations, and orders that have been delivered will be accepted as returns. Requests can be made online by going to the order page of your customer account from "Returns and Cancellations" in the footer of the store. 

(3) Notwithstanding the above, the following products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged: - Products that have been used - Products that have been received more than 21 days ago - Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer - Products without packaging (bags/cases) - Other products for which it is clearly stated on the product description page that they cannot be returned

(4) We will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc.

(5) Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the returned product arrives, according to the payment method.

(6) Please return the item within 14 days of submitting your request. 

(7) If a customer in the EU withdraws from the purchase, we will refund the product price and the standard shipping fee paid at the time of order. 

(8) Requests can be made from the order page of your customer account (https://shopify.com/62953259240/account). Customers who ordered with a phone number only should use the link in their SMS order confirmation.
